SHIPPING & RETURNS
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 3-5 business days. Custom colors or Platinum 613 may take additional business days and customer will be notified via email. Once items are shipped, your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
HairFeathers is NOT responsible for any lost items or packages that state it has been delivered. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact your local United States Postal Service.
If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 5 p.m. EST Monday-Friday it will be shipped the following business day.
Due to sanitation reasons we can not accept any returns. Exchanges are available if item is in same packaging and in un-used condition. All sales final! Hair Feathers accepts deposits for orders placed offline. All deposits are non-refundable after order has already been processed.
